Abnormal phenomenon

There's an abnormal phenomenon in Chili. There's a waterfall which water don't flow down. This waterfall doesn't resit physic law. Scientists says that abnormal phenomenon happens because there is is a very hard wind and water don't հասցնել to flow down and it goes toward rain.Every year thousands of tourists visit this waterfall.
